very complicated to put on
I found it too fiddly to put on - you need the patience of Job to to go through process. I have seen this cover on bins and they do look good so I will have to find someone to do it for me. Maybe the instructions should be displayed on the ad - fore- warned is fore- armed !

Pretty design but beware trying to stick the panels to curved surfaces!
I selected this product based on positive reviews that I had read. In summary, I think the product is fine for fitting to bins with perfectly flat sides but wasn't OK for my particular wheelie bin which had some curves and some recesses. The product was sent out promptly. I was sent a cardboard tube containing 4 vinyl adhesive panels and some fitting instructions. The instructions are easy to follow in theory: You wash the bin sides with warm soapy water and apply the panels to each of the four sides in turn. However, in practice, there are no instructions for fitting the adhesive panels to take into account the curves and recesses that may be on the sides of any wheelie bin. I'm sure the panels stick fine to perfectly flat surfaces. However, cutting appropriate slits to fit the panels to curved recesses has proven very tricky. The end results looks a bit messy. It is important to do the fitting in a warm, dry environment, either indoors or outdoors. The instructions also advise to keep the product dry for 3 days. I kept our bin in a conservatory. However, after putting the bin out in the rain - and we've had a record wet winter - the panels are starting to peel off from the bottom of the bin, and in the places where I have tried to make the vinyl stick to curved areas. I think that there is probably an art to applying these panels which I have yet to master! Also, the panels seem to stick fine where there are large areas of the vinyl in contact with the bin sides. However, as soon as I started making little cuts here and there, those pieces of vinyl have come away from the bin sides. I'm going to wait for some warm weather and then try sticking my tatty panel stickers on with Superglue! So, I think this product is going to be OK for some bins and less suitable for others.

Terrible to apply
Was so difficult to put on and I am very good at anything like this, so much so the bin only has 3 side put on. the last piece would not peel from the backing total nightmare gave up in the end. In all fairness would look lovely it it was easier to apply however it is waste of money so don't bother. I was go9ng to do my other two bins but after this changed my mind. Surely there must be something better than this to use to disguised ugly bins. our bins
