Great for kids!
We bought this for my 7 year old for Valentine's Day. I was his teacher/sous chef tonight. He read the directions with ease and they were easy to follow. They came out great. The only thing we did differently was add some vanilla to the buttercream, they needed that little bit of flavor. It made 9 whoopie pies for us. You will need to provide your own egg, milk, and oil.-very easy-taste good-easy to read directions-tips to help tell they are doneThe kit is a little pricey, but to get a kid interested in and build confidence in cooking/baking, I think it was worth it for that occasional splurge.

Warning: Gingerbread House may cause loss of self-confidence
I was looking to buy a quick & easy gingerbread house kit to make with my 2 year old son. I didn't realize it wasn't a pre-made kit --- my fault for not reading the description more clearly. It took about four hours to make... I wish I could say my toddler had a hand in making the final product, but sadly, the picture you see was solely created by a 35 year old man who newly realized his lack of talent in baking and artistry in general. 4 stars.

Worked till the end.
Everything was going well with this kit till the dipping in chocolate. It was quite thick and could not "dip" the pop into it. Mixed some milk into into it and that helped a bit until it started to cool down again. Would not do again.

Super fun!
I bought this as a gift for my cousin who is 5 and obsessed with baking. He had so much fun following the directions, making them, and of course, eating them too! I’d definitely recommend!

Was not worth $50. All the emoji faces for the cookies were broken.. packages were so small .. I feel it should have definitely come with more then it did for that price.. I The little girl I gave it to didn't look to impressed and I know I wasnt😤

we still made the cookies but all of the emojis were broken amd that is why we chose this specific bake set.
