The gels pads that come on the device are horrible. From the very first use you can only use the stomach one while laying flat as none of the pads stickThe arm ones you can only use one at a time as you actually have to hold each side to get it to adhere to your skin and you have to hold it the whole while you use it.I read a similar review when I was making my purchase so I bought replacement gel pads. I have not used any of them yet but plan on changing the ones that came with it very shortly.And to clarify, I always make sure that I use it before applying body lotion or body products so my skin is dry. With that the pads should adhere to my skin but they don’t.I find the arm bands are intense and I can actually only take them up to about a four before my arm starts really twitching. The stomach one I can put on a ten and it doesn’t seem to give me the effect I was hoping for.

Works as described. You can definitely feel it when it starts working and when on higher settings. I thought it wrapped all the way around your tires and fastened somehow, but it just stays in place with the sticky gel pads. It seems to hold pretty well, the only drawback I have is body hair. It doesn’t seem to want to stick well even if you just have a little bit of body hair. Otherwise it is an excellent product for the value!

The picture of the model is exaggerated. I'm using it almost everyday but it didn't work as I expected. I decided to order the product based on the positive reviews. However it helped me a lot to cure my leg pains as I have Lipedema as well. It's better if the plastic shields are not individually cut the one you place it in your abdomen. It easily slips. Also the black material should be improve. The gel as well doesn't last long.

My friend recommended this product to me. I bought it because I'm lazy and I can't really find the time to work out, so I thought that it might be a good investment. I use it when I am watching tv or just doing little things around the house. I haven't had it for enough time yet to see real results, but I do feel my abs getting worked, which is a good sign, and now that I am thinking about it, there is some more definition there than before. I will say that when I was assembling the product, I did get confused by the gel pads and how I am supposed to do the initial set up, but I looked up a few videos and got it right away.

After using this for almost about 2 weeks, I would say this thing is a powerful device. I can’t say that my tummy is smaller now than it was 2 weeks ago. I can say that whenever I use this, I feel the current flowing. I have been using the lowest setting as I want to be conservative with this device.Other positive things about this device are:1. It stays put during use. I haven’t needed to change the pads yet.2. I haven’t changed the batteries since the first time I put them in.I don’t expect this to do a miracle of having a super slim tummy but I hope it will strengthen my tummy muscle over the long run (6 months to a year). I don’t do gym.Con:The plastic board could be designed better to accommodate the 2 side belts. The middle part is covered sufficiently.

We bought this stimulator because the one that we had just broke.The GOOD is that you really feel the work on you muscles. It has different modes that makes it really easy to use and, at the end of the session, I can feel like if you had an exercise timeThe BAD is that it doesn't stick very well to your skin, therefore, it falls really easy even if you change the gel pads included, they still fall.

The ab simulator is very easy to use but there is no substitution for exercising and a proper diet.

I turned it up to the max and did not feel like the induced muscle contraction was up to par with other products like this that I’ve used in the past. This one is much cheaper than something like slendertone so I suppose, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.Another problem is that the system is held on only by the sticky pads which wear out relatively quickly. Other models have the belt go all the way around your waist and Velcro to stay on.
