Product damage.
The media could not be loaded. I have order 4 box and 2 box was fully damaged. I have throw the glass box away due to little kids. I can’t ship it back. But I’m trying get 2 box replacement for my restaurant.

Cheap glass / signs of imperfections and scratches.
Poorly made, cheap glass, has signs of imperfections and some cups has deep scratches to them. Returning them today!
