Northside Women's Akira Ii Sandal

I love the look of this sandal. I really love the well made name brand all leather version. I did not want to pay the close to $100 price for a knock about sandal. These are fine and after wearing them a few times they looked and felt the same as the expensive version. I had to order these sandals to replace a perfectly good pair I had from last year. That pair was lost to the jaws and teeth of my new puppy, Jasper. Sad but I would have been much sadder if I had to buy a replacement pair at $100 to 125.Cabin Dweller

These sandals are great. I have rather wide feet and they fit perfectly. They are comfortable and their non-slip grip makes them a good choice for boating or river hiking. The straps can be adjusted for comfort and the soles are pretty cushy, making walking or standing all day easier. The straps do not rub or pinch and they go on and off easily.

I wanted a comfortable sandal that also looked good. I think that this would have been comfortable enough, but I wasn't happy with the appearance so I returned it.

Love these sandals, but thought I had bought Wide, so too narrow. I have a pair already, though they are 8W. Yet, highly recommend them. Had to return these, though. My current pair has lasted for several years and still look great. Great quality. I use them every day in the summer.

Great river shoe but runs a little big and if you need a high arch...this is not your shoe...But for the price..it definitely works for me. Sturdy...holds up well on land..rock..beach...and rivers

Made of somewhat cheap foam and is uncomfortable if you sweat in them at all; you get what you pay for, so they're not as nice as tevas or chacos. The seams look tough enough to make up for the cheap layered foam, but i don't think these will last for longer than a season or two between biking and hiking.for the value they're ok, but i'll spend more to get the nicer shoes next time.

I purchased these for my daughter. Her feet nearly hang off the back and her toes are forever sliding out because of this. When her feet are in the shoes correctly, aka having to put padding in the back of the strap, her feet fit quite nicely in them. Unfortunately the heel strap is entirely too big. I will only look to buy adjustable heels from now on.

I like these sandals, they fit great. They are very comfortable. I was just a little unhappy with the color. They are darker than what the picture shows.

I quite like these. Attractive for a sport sandal and quite comfortable. Size 10 is the right length and width. The only reason for the 4 instead of the 5 is that, like all sport sandals I’ve tried, the Velcro around the toe area is pretty shallow so Velcro always shows under the strap when it is adjusted for a comfort fit, and I feel the sole a bit more than I expected. That could be because I’ve only been able to rear them once, so far

Manufacturer defect in sandals, contacted Northside instead of returning product. Company made things right very quickly. Very pleased with product and customer service.
