Love this spray
My son goes through hairstyles and products frequently but he gave this one a thumbs up during this style. It was easy to wash out, was a good quality leaving the hair still natural looking but durable enough for an athlete. As mom, I think it was a good value for the money. It had a good hold, smells great, and didn't negatively impact the health of his hair.

Good quality and price
This product works perfectly for adding volume and texture to any hair. I used after shower while hair is still slightly wet and then use blow dryer. Seems to be effective and also smells nice! Have always enjoyed Sun Bum products.

Pretty good sea salt spray
This has been my go-to sea salt spray after trying several brands. I can no longer get the brand I loved so much - they changed the formula and just, no. This one is not as sticky as some of the others I have tried, and the scent is mild and fine. I would recommend it.

Adds Texture and Volume in Wavy Hair
Texture is the name of the game. I have wavy Type 2 hair so it quickly flattens out at the roots soon after getting the tossled wavy look just right. I spray this product lightly through my towel-dried hair (use a microfiber wrap please!) and scrunch it in to enhance the curliness. Then I focus at the roots of my crown, temples and forehead hairline to help keep the volume at the roots. On Day 2 I reactivate by scrunching my wet fingers into those areas. Day 3 and perhaps 4, requires reapplication. If you apply lightly, it doesn't leave that crunchy cast in your hair. It won't transform your waves turn into tight ringlets, but it will help support their natural style. I like it's free of parabens and alcohol (very drying for wavy/curly hair!), and contains sunscreen. I've been using this product for years.

if you like coconut
I love the sea salt effect on my almost wavy hair. once experiencing the joy of fuller dramatic waves, I can't go back. I must have it. but the cloying perfumes are gagging me. I admit, I have a sensitive nose. I was a perfumer for 2 decades. what I've learned is if they say for men, they mean it smells like mens cologne. this one smells like coconut and vanilla and a light note of mango. I don't hate the fragrance, but it makes it difficult for me to smell anything else. it's like being blinded to any other smell. I hope there is a sea salt out there that doesn't wreak.

Miracle for flat, fine hair
I was searching for anything that would help my fine hair hold volume and nothing worked until I found this. I used mousses and hairsprays but they added weight to my hair and didn’t hold the style. I use this on my damp hair after washing and blow dry with a round brush, and the volume is insane. I use hot rollers afterwards and my hair will actually hold the curl and volume. The product is intended for waves and air dry use, but if your hair is too soft/oily/fine to hold a blow-dried style, I’d recommend this as a pre-blowout product. It can make your hair feel a bit dry and is matte as advertised, but that’s what I need to keep my style intact and I can resolve it by conditioning well. The scent is pretty mild and I can’t really smell it on my hair once dry. I used Living Proof’s texture mist which is discontinued (I think) and it’s just as good for half the cost.

Incredible
I thought there was no way the promises made on the package could be real -- beach-y texture and look. I have slightly wavy thick hair and style it up and over, part quiff and part side swept. I normally use strong hold clays, waxes or pomades but turns out I didn't need any of that as this product has more hold than I expected. I towel dry my hair well, spray about 8 times all over and massage it through my hair, then spend a couple minutes shaping it exactly how I want. Go about the rest of my routine and by the time I'm done it's almost completely dry. It will only be the slightest bit crispy but after a couple hours I'll soften up parts by shifting it slightly with fingers and it doesn't look wet or crispy at all, just perfectly styled. When my hair is the longest I grow it out to, I'll use a bit of pomade for the sides and a quick shot of hairspray for the bangs. Another bonus is that it washes out perfectly and I don't see any drying effect on my hair unlike natural clays that absorb moisture. This is perfectly healthy for the hair. I'm shocked how good this is and how good my hair looks. Did not expect that!
