Great energy and no crash
I wasn't expecting to like this energy shot so much but it's the best one I've ever tried. One of these gives me good energy for 6+ hours and also kills my appetite. I can work for hours without feeling like I need a snack. No crash afterwards either. It doesn't taste great but I don't mind that at all. It does what it's supposed to do and that's what matters to me.

These taste so much better than others I’ve tried.
These are really good. I didn’t care about the pre-workout part I just want the added ketones. I was taking a different brand that tasted like jet fuel and cost twice the amount. I’m so glad I found this one intstead

If you get kicked out of ketosis this would t help get back on it. Taste it's funny but will give you energy.
