This is the best thing to help keep your sanity. My daughter had twins and could not breast feed. This makes a bottle of feed for your baby. You just add the formula and water to the machine and out comes a warm bottle of formula. Game changer!!!

This is one of the most helpful tools I've ever had for baby. Wish I had this for my other formula making needs.Absolute lifesaver for middle of the night feedings when coherency is at a minimum. With the push of a button and a few seconds, we are able to return quickly to satisfy our red-faced, hollering bundle of joy. I like to tell him stories of how his sister had to wait far longer for the bottle warmer, overheating and starting over, and the sometimes chunk-filled bottles that needed serious arm muscle to work out. I tell him how the Brezza makes perfect temperature, well-blended insta-bottles. He shows his appreciation by sucking each one down nearly as fast as they were made.The machine itself is easy to set up and employ. It cleans up easily but even on my most careful days I do make a small, powdery mess around the machine and the formula container. A quick wipe with a damp paper towel or cloth on the top and around the outside is all you should need to do. The formula dispenser/container on top also washes up easily but has many small spaces that hold water. Dry thoroughly, formula will cake up in these tiny nooks with even a little moisture.It does have a couple little things that need to be watched and worked with to keep its convenience. The dispenser funnel asks to be cleaned every 4th bottle. Most times it's pretty clean but that 2am feeding when you can't see, snd it's slightly more challenging to both remember to do it and actually do it. I try to work around it by cleaning it after the last late night bottle so I can make it through to the next morning.The formula dispenser/container on top needs to be cleaned and dried well at the dispensing hole. I found that every other day is sufficient but it's kind of a pain to have to empty it, wash and thoroughly dry it before I can use it again. Formula tends to cling to container and spills out when removing and emptying it for cleaning. I'm sure that's operator error in some way but I'm pretty meticulous and find it a little wasteful with the frequency it needs to be emptied/cleaned.The water reservoir holds enough that it only needs to be refilled once, maybe twice a day. I've learned to lift just the front to refill it so the condensation doesn't spill all over the counter and machine.Kind of wish it had the same water-heating method as my Keurig but that's mostly irrelevant.In short, if you take care if it, it will take care of you. I recommend this to this who need to formula feed more than a few times a day. In our first month it's already worth its price. Almost didn't buy it because I planned to breastfeed but ran into a couple bumps that prevented it from happening at all. I had to spend a week in the hospital after an emergency surgery, and my mother in law had to take care of our newborn for most of that week. She loved and appreciated the Brezza even thought first she had her reservations about my purchase.May it serve you as well as it has served us :)

Seitdem wir das erste mal "Pre" zurecht gemacht haben und ich gesehen habe, was das für "Zirkus" ist, war ich auf der suche nach etwas was das leben leichter macht! Denn wenn Nachts um 3 Uhr der "kleine Chef" vor Hunger schreit, hat man nicht unbedingt die Nerven mehr Pre auf "konventionelle" Art zu zubereiten! ;-)Das abkochen des Wassers für das Fläschchen kann man ja durch "Babywasser" umgehen, aber der Rest bleibt umständlich...Zum Glück habe ich dann die FORMULA PRO® gefunden, ist mittlerweile unsere 2te, die erste (von einem anderen Verkäufer) hatte wohl einen Produktionsfehler, denn dieser heizte einfach nicht auf, erst blinkte die gelbe LED, nach einer halben Stunde leuchtete dann die gelb / grüne LED, aber das Wasser war immer noch eiskalt! (nach etwas googlen auf englisch fand ich heraus das wohl etliche Kunden davon betroffen gewesen sind!) Ging zurück! (Zum glück bekamen wir das Geld wieder).Mit der 2. FORMULA PRO® ist alles in Ordnung! Unser 2. Gerät stammt aus UK, hat also keinen Schuko-Stecker, sondern einen BS 1363 Stecker!Aber für die Sparbrenner unter uns, man kann einfach den UK Stecker öffnen, abklemmen und auf einen Schuko-Stecker wieder einklemmen! :-)(Aber nur machen, wenn man weiß was man tut! Es handelt sich immerhin um 230V! Ich übernehme keine Verantwortung für evtl. Schäden oder Verletzungen!)Spannung und (Netz)Frequenz (Hertz) sind ja zum Glück in UK und Deutschland gleich! Man spart sich so also den Reiseadapter... ;-)Zum Gerät selbst, es heizt relativ schnell auf. Einen Liter kaltes Leitungswasser hat es in 5 Minuten 30 Sekunden (Stoppuhr) auf "Betriebstemperatur" erhitzt. (Natürlich nur zum Testen! Das Wasser hat der kleine nicht bekommen!)Es besitzt diverse Sensoren die eine Fehlbedienung verhindern. (Wassertank richtig eingesetzt, Wasser auf richtiger Temperatur, Milchpulverbehälter richtig verschlossen, Trichter richtig eingesetzt)Ebenfalls gut finde ich die Erinnerung den Trichter zu reinigen. Diese leuchtet nach 4 Flaschen automatisch auf!Selbst meine Frau die am Anfang bedenken wegen der Hygiene hatte, möchte die Maschine nicht mehr missen, vor allem Nachts eine echte Erleichterung!Zum Thema (Wasser) Hygiene kann ich als gelernter Gas- /Wasserinstallateur nur sagen: Das Wasser im Behälter verbleibt bei uns keine 24h im Tank, unser kleiner verbraucht den Liter ganz "automatisch" innerhalb dieser Zeitspanne, es findet also immer ein "austausch" (auch in der Maschine) statt, da hätte ich eher bei diesen Trinkwasserspendern in Arztpraxen usw. bedenken! Da "steht" das Wasser bestimmt länger bzw. stagniert.Wenn der Behälter "leer" ist, verbleibt noch ein kleiner Rest an Wasser im Tank, den schütten wir bei uns in den Wasserkocher oder in die Kaffeemaschine uns, so nutzen wir das "teuere" Babywasser optimal ohne Verlust aus.Auch das Milchpulver ist meiner Meinung nach hygienischer aufbewahrt, bzw. es wird hygienischer zubereitet. Das Pulver ist in einem Luft-und Wasserdichten Behälter. Dadurch wird die "verkeimung" durch die Hände (Restfeuchtigkeit nach dem Waschen, oder der Messlöffel der ständig mit dem Pulver in Berührung kommt, bzw. das Pulver das immer "offen" rum steht ausgeschlossen.Allerdings sollte man sich schon an die Anleitung mit den Empfehlungen zum Reinigungen halten!Zum Schluss noch 2 "Anleitungen" wie man die FORMULA PRO® entkalkt und aufbewahrt (Quelle: Babybrezza Webseite)Die FORMULA PRO® entkalken (kann man gut mit der "großen" Reinigung einmal im Monat verbinden):1. Wassertank und Pulverbehälter vollständig entleeren! Alle Teile des Pulverbehälters reinigen! (Pulverbehälter, Messrad, Verschlussdeckel, Silikonschaber, Rührrad und Pulverbehälterdeckel.) Zum Trocknen beiseite stellen.2. Ein ausreichend großes Gefäß (Tasse, Topf oder ähnliches) unter die Formula Pro® stellen. (Ich habe eine 300ml Flasche verwendet)3. Alle drei Tasten "ml" ("ounce"), "Start" und "Stop" gleichzeitig drücken. Die Formula Pro® wird die Pumpe laufen lassen, um das Wasser aus der Maschine zu entfernen. Alle drei Tasten für mindestens 20 Sekunden halten oder bis kein Wasser mehr aus der Maschine austritt.4. Den Wassertank mit 590ml (20oz) abgekochten kalten(!) oder destilliertem Wasser füllen und einen 300ml (10oz) Zyklus durchführen.5. Eine Tasse (236ml) Essig mit 355ml (12 Unzen) Wasser in den Wassertank einfüllen und einen weiteren 300ml (10oz) Zyklus durchführen.6. Die restliche Essig / Wasser Lösung aus dem Wassertank entleeren und den Tank mit milden Spülmittel und Wasser auswaschen. Den Tank mit 590ml (20oz) abgekochten kalten(!) oder destilliertem Wasser wieder auffüllen.7. Einen weiteren 300ml (10oz) Zyklus ausführen, um die Schläuche im inneren der Maschine von Essigrückständen zu befreien.8. Die Schritte 4 bis 6 wiederholen, wenn Probleme weiterhin bestehen.9. Optional: Alle drei Tasten "ml" ("ounce"), "Start" und "Stop" gleichzeitig drücken. Die Formula Pro® wird die Pumpe laufen lassen, um das Wasser aus der Maschine zu entfernen. Alle drei Tasten für mindestens 20 Sekunden halten oder bis kein Wasser mehr aus der Maschine austritt.10. Abschließend die Formula Pro® wie in der Anleitung (ab Seite 3) beschrieben für die erste Verwendung vorbereiten!FORMULA PRO® für längere Zeit aufbewahren:1. Die Formula Pro® am Netzschalter abschalten und Netzstecker ziehen! Pulverbehälter entfernen und alle Teile reinigen: Pulverbehälter, Messrad, Verschlussdeckel, Silikonschaber, Rührrad und Pulverbehälterdeckel. Zum Trocknen beiseite stellen.2. Wassertank von der Basis entfernen, Tank entleeren, den Tank auf der Innenseite mit einen milden Spülmittel und Wasser ausspülen, die Außenseite des Wassertanks mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen, anschließend mit einem Papiertuch innen und außen trocken reiben.3. Trichter- und Trichterabdeckung von der Basis entfernen, waschen, spülen, trocknen wieder in die Basis einsetzen.4. Die gesamte Basis mit einem sauberen, feuchten Tuch abwischen und sich vergewissern, dass die Basis sauber und frei von Pulver oder angetrocknetem Pulver ist. Die Abtropfschale ebenfalls sauber wischen. Alle Oberflächen mit einem Tuch oder Papiertuch trocken reiben.5. Prüfen, dass alle Teile von der Basis entfernt sind, mit Ausnahme der Trichter- und Trichterabdeckung. Den Netzstecker einstecken und den Netzschalter einschalten.6. Ein ausreichend großes Gefäß (Tasse, Topf oder ähnliches) unter die Formula Pro® stellen.7. Alle drei Tasten "ml" ("ounce"), "Start" und "Stop" gleichzeitig drücken. Die Formula Pro® wird die Pumpe laufen lassen, um das Wasser aus der Maschine zu entfernen. Alle drei Tasten für mindestens 20 Sekunden halten oder bis kein Wasser mehr aus der Maschine austritt.8. Die Trichter- und Trichterabdeckung entfernen und mit einem trockenen Papiertuch abwischen.9. Prüfen dass alle Teile, die aus der Formula Pro® entfernt wurden, trocken sind und die gesamte Formula Pro® wieder zusammen setzen.10. Die Formula Pro® ist jetzt sauber, trocken und bereit für die Lagerung.

I cannot say enough about this machine!!! As a first time mom who was unable to breastfeed, I felt that this was truly a life saver, and it preserved my sanity. Being a new, first time parent is stressful enough, but add the upset and stress of realizing you will now be exclusively formula feeding and fumbling with bottle paraphernalia at all hours of the night while in zombie mode, and you have a very frustrating situation. That being said, this machine alleviated so much of that frustration. It is AMAZING!! We've been using it 5+ times a day for 10 months, and it's still going strong. We just went on vacation for a week, and man, did we miss it!We were able to put it right on the dresser in the nursery because it only requires an electrical outlet. Why is this so great? We were able to make a perfectly mixed, perfectly warm bottle of formula with no bubbles in less than 30 seconds, one-handed while we snuggled, rocked, soothed, or changed our baby because the machine was within arm's reach of the crib, change table and nursing chair. This was no coincidence. LolLiterally pushing one button and you instantly have a bottle ready to go tremendously reduced our stress, and that of our baby, because we could focus on him instead of juggling a bunch of bottle making stuff.The only drawback is that it's a bit noisy when it's prepping the bottle, so if you have your sleepy/sleeping baby in the vacinity, it might wake him/her up. The heating element "whooshes" like white noise approximately every 20 minutes for a few seconds, but it's rarely noticed by our little guy unless he's teetering I the edge of sleep/wakefulness.A couple of tips for optimal usage:-We used the Kirkland Omega+ formula from Costco (Canadian), and it never gets jammed in the hopper or mixes clumpy like some other formulas. Our little guy has been very successful on this one, and it's half the price of the Similac Pink formula, which is apparenty the same formulation. I believe it's setting #6 on the scoop size dial, but if you call Baby Brezza's customer service line, they can verify the correct setting, as it's somewhat ambiguous in their "catch all" scoop size guide.-Use distilled or boiled water to reduce calcification and buildup in the water reservoir.-Don't let the formula powder level in the hopper drop below the orange cogs (wheels). The formula will not mix to the right consistency if the hopper is either too low, or too tightly packed.-Adjust the bottle platform to the height of your bottle so that the neck of the bottle JUST fits under the spout. If it's too low, it will splatter.-We found it really convenient to have at least 2 bottles in rotation (we put a Boon Grass drying rack beside the machine and keep the spare bottles and nipples, etc. right beside the machine), with one clean bottle waiting under the spout so that you literally just have to hit one button when you need a bottle...because you will need it IMMEDIATELY some times! LolIf you are on the fence about this product, or if you are wondering if it's worth the price, trust me. It's 100% worth every single penny.
