Q: Does this product require water to rinse off, or does it work without?

Definitely need water to rinse it off. It’s gritty and will take the grease off of your hands but it would leave a film if you didn’t rinse it off

Q: Can this be poured into a regular soap dispenser?

It a bit grity so it might eat up the elastomers of the dispenser. Perhaps it will work for a while... I like the way this container is packaged and use just as is in the house, on the boat or in the garage.

Q: Does it remove K1 or gas odor?

This is an excellent hand cleaner for general dirt, paints and petroleum products. It will definitely remove K1 or gasoline. How well it removes the odor will likely depend on the amount of skin coverage, the duration between exposure and washing your hands and how sensitive a person is to the odor. I can say I have used a lot of hand cleaners over the years and this is a very good one.
