These vanilla beans have a variety use. They are a good quality and keep their smell for a very long time. It kept air tight,. Excellent extracts, sugars and great for baking. A great value for your money.

I used these vanilla beans to make homemade vanilla extract and it came out amazing! I am only upset that I didn’t order more before I ran out. Now I have to wait months before I can have another batch ready. They weren’t dry. The package was sealed airtight and I was able to make quite a bit for what I would’ve paid quadruple for if I bought that much vanilla extract I. Stores.

First off, these smell amazing even through the tight vacuum sealed bag.One side note: I bought soap at the same time and wished Amazon didn’t ship it all in the same box, but it was a two day time frame from ordering to delivery, so that’s not too much in same box, and because it’s vacuum sealed it didn’t affect it.That said, these are great! VERY fresh, you can easily slice through and scrape off a pod, and there’s TONS of beans into a pod!I put the whole bag after opening into a glass jar. I don’t use vanilla very often, so I don’t want it to dry up. I bought Tahitian vanilla beans as well, and they do smell very different.These Madagascar are so worth the price (they’re actually the same as store bought),, and are 100 times better than the little two pods you get when you buy McCormick or other brands in stores, which some times are already drying out before you open them.

They seem to be good quality, fresh, taste great, but are pretty small. I'll buy them again, but realize I will often need 2.

Vanilla beans are so fragrant, moist & plump. They will make excellent real vanilla extract.

I like the fact that I am able to make my own extract using these beans. I have been buying extra and handing them out to friends who like to bake or took an interest in making vanilla extract on their own. You only need 2 ingredients for homemade vanilla extract: vanilla beans and vodka. Let the vanilla beans infuse the vodka for as little as 8 weeks, but for optimal flavor, wait at least 6-12 months before using. I placed the vodka in a mason jar. Sliced the beans and stored it in the closet. I took. it out every week to give it a gentle shake and placed it back in the closet.....now I have vanilla extract. It just takes time and it is worth it.

I bought these whole vanilla beans so I could make my own vanilla extract. The beans were in great condition and smelled devine. There were plenty of vanilla beans to make the extract and anything else I wanted to make with them. I will definitely buy them again.

I try to purchase only Grade A vanilla beans. I have bought Tahitian beans in the past as well as another brand of Madagascar beans. I found the Fitnclean beans to be the same quality, while being slightly longer, decently plump, and vacuum packed.All bean packages tend to have several thinner beans and a few more plump, and this is how these showed up. but usually I notice that when a seller advertises 5-6" beans, I get 1-2 6" and the rest and shorter. With this brand, at least half were on the long side.I would buy these again - great price and very good quality.
