I was a little apprehensive in buying these because of some reviewers saying they felt hard… but they feel perfect to me. Prior to these, I used a thin mat in the gym (pictured) and these are about twice as thick is that mat and provide much more cushion. My knees aren’t great either so I definitely feel it when I don’t have cushion under them. They were great for my knees and my head. I do a lot of headstands and these work great for that as well.My only complaint would be the shape and the floral designs. I would prefer the outer shape to be a circle, matching the inner and with no designs. But I knock any stars off that because they work as promised and appear to be great quality.

Pad has ergonomic support shape for knee; elbows; fists; Nice color options. I must buy another set. Yoga must have if your knees hurt while on floor. Nice to include on prayer mat during prayer. No pillow bulk. Hard to find in local stores. Nice gift for loved ones

The media could not be loaded.  These are great!! I started working out again and didn’t want to kneel on the hard floors, so I ordered these and the other kind to compare. You can see in my video that the silicone one never budged, but the other kind slipped really easily, so I’m returning those. I definitely recommend the silicone pair for a few bucks more!! :-)(No incentive or free product by the way. I just know how much I depend on reviews, so I try to contribute and help others make better buying choices also.)So far so good and I will update as I continue using them.

These are well made and packaged nicely. Unfortunately for my use….. I was looking for something that was softer, more like my ASICS running shoes with the gel cushion. In fact I wish they made these in that same material, would have worked perfect!Amazon always makes it easy 2 return for a full credit.The overall experience was great, the product was not as soft as expected/needed.

I wish I got this sooner. I have knee issues and this provides great support and comfort for my knees. I use them in my Pilates class and it’s perfect!

I brought these to help with my floor exercises. I haven’t used them yet but they look and feel sturdy.

My arthritic knees really appreciate the comfort that these pad give during the kneeling part of workouts. I hadn't expected them to provide as much pain reduction as they deliver. The quality of the material seems fine.
