Unbelievable Customer Service, deserves more than 5 stars
I ordered this not thinking about the size difference between sports cards and trading card games cards. I wanted to display Magic the Gathering cards but the matting was designed for sports cards. I emailed the manufacturer about the size difference, fully expecting to be ignored but was completely mistaken. They responded immediately (I sent the email off at 10:30pm). They worked with me on the size difference and after a week of their testing, they sent me a new matting that fit perfectly with MTG cards. This was probably the best Customer Service experience I've ever had.

Great as pictured. Unable to customize.
Product is excellent! Went 3 stars only because I attempted to reach the seller after purchase to get a different color matte, as I saw in other reviews/ Q&As. Didn't get a response, and product was shipped as shown. It looks great, just not the color I originally wanted to go with.

This looks even better than the pictures. Item arrived quickly with no issues or scratches. The frame and matte is very high quality and looks great! The cards install very easily and fit in perfectly. I am really happy with this. I will definitely be ordering another one soon!
