I’ve had one for only just over one month, my teenage children and I have used it a few times and have been generally happy with it - although it would be better if it came with another/ larger ‘grid’ blade for larger / normal chips (I.e. 1cm x 1cm - rather than just fries). I’ve washed it by hand, but also in my dishwasher a couple of times. However, the black part that clicks into the top now no longer stays in place. But the permitted Amazon ’window’ for returns, means that I now can no longer message the seller, or return the product!! :-(

This has been the best one we’ve tried so far however after 4 or 5 times of using this particular blade it has come apart :(

I don't usually leave a review, but I was nervous of purchasing it, but decided to purchase and it hasn't disappointed. I am elderly but I can still push the potatoes through easily. The size of the chips are thin, as a suggestion to the manufacturer, if you could make a larger chip cutter attachment I would certainly purchase it, if it was sold separately.

Received quickly, all working,but need push with some power if potato fresh and solid(not like on the promotion video), another thing - if potatoes soft - the gadget cut them easily. At the moment happy with purchase.

I purchased this because I thought it would save me time when making chips.The resulting chips are too thin.My knife skills are good ---- I have not cut myself in years ---- but cut the end of my finger just packing this away!!
