Taos tend to run a little snug on me as I have wide feet. I normally wear an 8-81/2 so ordered a 9, they fit great. The toe box is roomy and the length is perfect. But what I love is the strong arch support, it makes the shoe. I read reviews that said the shoe slides or moves around but I do not think it’s excessive. I wear mules most of the time and I don’t feel they move anymore than any other mule. And these shoes are very cute.

I have arch support issues and wide feet. These shoes are great. I'm disabled and bending down to put my shoes on and off has become an issue and finding shoes that slip on AND have arch support AND are good for wide feet has become a problem. These are perfect. I love everything about these shoes. The color is perfect. These are cute and comfortable. I've gotten compliments on these cute shoes. Perfect!

Read all the reviews so ordered an 8. Width good but a little long. For this type of shoe it with the ortho insert it is important to have the arch support in the correct place because it's action is like a flip flop ( if you dont like slappy dont get them although laces might help). So ordered anther color in 7.5. Much better. Width not as good but these are canvas so can be stretched a bit. Inside is rough and I got a blister initially thus loss of a star but when worn with socks (Thorlos a must) they are awesome and no blisters. I figure eventually to be able to wear wo socks once broken in more. Not sure I'd walk miles in them (yet) but for short dog walks and out to store they are great. SO CUTE! Returned 8s for a 7.5 so have 2 colors. Super arch support.

For medium width feet, size up 1/2 size for these. They have excellent support. Mine just arrived in the mail and they are sturdy, a bit heavy but so comfortable. Glad I read reviews that said to size up. Worked well for me and now I can toss my old mule sneakers that gave me terrible plantar fascitis. I love a mule.like this I can slip on and off quick. I like the look of no laces too! Very happy..just threw my old ones in the garbage bin!

The left shoe is loose in the toe box . The material or elastic is not the same as the right shoe. Are you selling seconds?

Quite comfortable. I find Taos shoes have soles that are quite stiff and don’t bend much (at all) while walking so I don’t put them on if I know I will be putting miles on. Not to say they are uncomfortable, just not my go-to walking shoes. I normally wear 7-1/2 but 8 fit is a little large.UPDATES: I liked the oat wash version enough that I bought the black in 8 even though I normally wear 7 or 7-1/2. No good. 8 was huge and did not fit at all like the previous pair. The 8s are going back.And again: My third try worked! Charcoal fit fine in 7-1/2. I am really surprised at how inconsistent the sizing is in a decent name brand like Taos. But it was worth it.

I loved the style of the shoe and wanted it to work for me. I ordered the recommended size, but it felt a bit wide. The shoe felt loose when I walked and the sole flapped with each step. If there had been shoelaces, I might have been able to tighten the shoe a bit. However, despite appearances, there is no way to thread laces through the eyelets. I am returning the shoes.

I returned these shoes. They look really cute, but were hard to wear and walk in because the sole is inflexible. Two stars for cuteness!

Loved the shoes, arrived quickly but unfortunately they were just a bit too tight for me. I have a high instep so getting a proper fitting shoe can be difficult at times. Would have been great if I were able to fit them, and at the time they didn't have a size up so for now I will just have to make do with what I have at home.

Owning quite a few different style of TAOS shoes now. Will always be my first choice.Very supportive insoles, which are mostly removable for cleaning.
