Space saver and really versatile. I filled mine with water and works great. It will hop around a little on you, but not to the point where its bothersome. Forces me to move around the bag. It has a much softer feel than tradition leather and/or canvass, but after years of slamming into the hard heavy bags, this is exactly what I need. Still get a great work out, awesome for the core.Highly recommend

It has been so incredibly durable being exposed to Vegas heat and sun throughout the summer and is still in perfect condition. This thing is built to last and really take a beating. Good price and very high quality.

This is a great bag. I use it for technique training. You can hit it hard, but it will move a little. I put it in my office because it doesn't take up much space and I use it often. It did take a while to put the sand in.

This is a great punching bag as long as you’re not a heavy weight or a professional boxer as the bag will move all over the place. We bought about five bags of playground sand and it only filled about halfway. It makes the bag challenging to move manually but it’s not heavy enough to prevent movement across the room while kicking and punching. Overall it does the job but if you pack a heavy punch you might want to consider a different bag or add a lot of sand!

This was a birthday gift for my son and he was beyond excited to receive it. It does slide across our garages concrete floor from repeated use though. We could have maybe gone up a size for him, but can still use it comfortably. He has a pair of boxing gloves to protect his knuckles. With repeated hits I’m sure it could injure their hands for sure.

Great addition to our home gym. Bag is on a stand and height adjustable. This works great for our tight quarters and great for my 6 foot height or my wife's 5 foot height. Highly recommended.

Very good practice bean for my son’s martial art

The product is nice. what’s not nice is they charge double and I called the bank. They said it’s this company that does it. They will refund it specific day and time. I did get the money back when said. It was after I received the product. Just an fyi.
