Thea Gouverneur Seasons Bell Pull On Aida (16 Counted Cross Stitch Kit 46"X6.25"

A lovely design and I have been enjoying it until I realised that there wasn’t nearly enough embroidery thread in one of the main colours to be able to complete the design which was so disappointing - especially as it’s not a cheap kit so it’s such a shame that quality control was off the day this one got packaged!My advice to future customers: check the quantities before you begin as you don’t want to have to return it when you’re well into the stitching.I’ve looked at all the colour ways since writing this review and there are others which are definitely in short supply☹️Not impressedEdited my original review and rating as I have almost finished the design and have had to buy extra skeins of 6 of the colours plus I have the impression that the threads supplied are for a totally different design as some of the colours haven’t been used! I would never buy another kit from this company and would strongly advise others not to as well.

I've just finished this kit and am very disappointed. Insufficient silks were provided in 8 different colours so I had to buy more. However, silk colour numbers were not provided with the instructions which made it difficult when buying more. Silk colours on pre-sorted organiser card did not match the picture so I've ended up with an orange (rather than red) poppy, and a blue (rather than violet) crocus. I won't be buying Thea Gouverneur again.
