Q: Is the paint included or do I have to purchase separately and how do I know which colors to use?

Hi. The paint is not included. You can paint this any color you like. I custom mixed colors that I thought were close to the movie. There is no paint guide or color names for the puzzle. It’s intended to use the colors you like for it. I personally used behr paint samples for it.

Q: Could you possibly create this as a birdhouse?

Hi you can purchase the dollhouse version and use it as a birdhouse. It has a few openings where the birds can go in. You just need to paint it with outdoor paint so it last. If you want the regular house you can still make into a bird house by cutting a hole in one of the pieces. The house has 2 floors.

Q: What glue do you use ?

I used Tacky Glue from a craft store or Walmart. It is holding very well. Another thing I did was not glue the roof on so my grandkids can play and put their UP characters inside. They love it!

Q: What kind of paint do you use?

Any type of craft paint or house paint from a home improvement store is just fine.
