Unbelievably nice
This cheap little keyboard is a hidden gem. I have Corsair and Alienware mechanical keyboards that cost wayyy more and this i61 blows them away in every aspect. They're trash in comparison. The build quality is surprisingly good. It's tiny yet has some nice weight to it. The chassis doesn't flex or feel like cheap plastic. Screws on the bottom for easy opening. Nice black PCB. Multiple layers of padding and a plate. It's an excellent budget option for modding but I wasn't expecting it to be so good in stock form. The switches and keycaps feel good and sound good to me. My other expensive keyboards with actual Cherry MX Reds feel and sound awful and had me believing linear switches were just plain horrible. One thing to note is that the front logo on mine doesn't have the orange accents, which is great. Perhaps they realized most people don't want a logo that stands out like that and changed it. I originally planned to remove the logo since people say it's easy, but might keep it since it's just black text and doesn't stick out.The RGB is nice and has plenty of options. A neat little touch is when you reach minimum or maximum RGB brightness/speed the keys will quickly flash red, then green, then blue (RGB).My only complaint is the lack of adjustable feet, which I knew when I bought it and can be easily remedied. Other reviews complain that some of their switches stopped working, but that's negligible to me since I bought this with intention to mod and have a set of Gateron Milky Yellow Pros on the way. For less than $30 this is an insane value and a very thoughtfully built keyboard.

Insane value for a mechanical keyboard at this price point
Stock, this keyboard is pretty darn good. The switches are bit pingy and a bit scratchy and the case is a little empty even with the foam which was very generously added, but the switches can be lubed to be absolutely amazing and the case can be filled with a bit of foam or felt or paper or whatever you have that's lying around and can dampen sound even a little. The stabilizers are excellent stock, not too much tick nor rattle, just a little on the outside edges and of course you can tune them yourself to eliminate all extraneous noise. The case is plastic but a nice thick kind of plastic and the case does allow for a little reverberation but only so much that the top num keys and qwerty row keys are actually affected by the added depth that add another level of deepness to the sound of the presses. The keycaps are doubleshot and look and feel quite nice. They aren't shine through which is somewhat disappointing as the RGB is nice and bright although not customizable.A major win for this keyboard is that it is hotswapable which is pretty good at this low of a price but what's even better is that this keyboard is hotswapable with Gateron/Kailh style switches with thicker pins which is stunning at around a 30 dollar price point. What's even more stunning is the foam that is already installed in-between the PCB and the plate and in the bottom of the case as that is shocking, absolutely downright absurd. At around 30 dollars, I'd expect a not good keyboard that would need to be heavily modded to be decent but instead what this is is a keyboard that's 30 dollars and only needs minor adjustments to be amazing.Buy this keyboard if you're just getting into mechanical keyboards and look up how to mod a cheap keyboard to be good and you will be all set with a keyboard that's sounds like a hundred bucks but is only worth thirty.

Amazing build quality for price!
I bought this board as budget option for a custom build, and I have got to say this is probably the best board at this price range period, and I have tried almost all the boards available on Amazon at this price. This board is 5pin hot swapple it come with case foam and pcb foam already inserted, The stabilizers were lubed (very generously), and the overall build quality of the board is very good. Hard plastic shell with no flex at all, I’m sure that is do to the metal switch mounting plate. The switches and keycaps were okay, clearly just cheap rebranded polycarbonate top housing reds. But if you want this board to upgrade that doesn’t matter, stripped to its barebones this board could easily sell for at least $50 alone but the somehow were able to sell a fully built board for only $30! So if you’re looking for a cheap budget 60% board to customize, LOOK NO FURTHER!

Great budget keyboard
This is one of the best budget mechanical keyboards. The hot-swap works great to change the switches. Sounds good and the red switches do well while gaming. The rgb is good and has lots of pre-sets. I haven't found any software for extra customization, but for the price I have no complaints about that. occasionally, when I press the A key it inputs it multiple times, but I believe it is because I am a bad typist. Great budget keyboard overall!
