I love books written by Penny Tassoni, she does so jargon free. A great resource not just for SENCOs but practitioners to understand conditions.

Every SENCO should have one!!
This is a brilliant resource for all SENCO's especially in early years. I work as a special needs advisor in Early years and deliver training to SENCO's and have found this book to be absolutely invaluable. It has all the current legislation including the new Code of Practice and sections on individual special needs.
