Q: Can this be used on a wall mural painted with acrylic paints?

I used on water based paint that was painted onto plywood but would have thought it would be ok if left to dry flat.

Q: Does this have UV protection?

The spray paint is UV resistant, this info is stated in the purchase information.

Vallejo matt lacquer , it`ll be matt, caution though it`s not cheap with post & packing.

Q: Can I paint petrol tank

Hmm, quoting the manufacturer (apparently, although he doesn't seem to know a lot about the terms he uses to answer the question) 'Yes you can if the tank is not constantly in contact with petrol, this is a petrol resistant paint .' Steve L. It's either resistant or it isn't but you say that it's resistant but yet you tell the person 'as long as it's not constantly in contact with petrol', well, actually, no paint is resistant to constant contact, that's why manufacturers leave the inside of the tank metal, usually aluminium, but it's either splash resistant to petrol or it isn't, simple, but your answer is a vague enough that it's almost like you don't know what you're talking about regarding a product you stock... My answer to the original question asker is that it's probably safer, regarding painting motorcycle(?) petrol tanks is that it's better to put a couple of coats of a special petrol/fuel resistant lacquer on top, just to be on the safe side, because you will, guaranteed, spill drops or some fuel on it when topping up. For the tank only really, but the rest of the bodywork it's most likely ok to use it as is because the only fluids that will come in contact with it will be oil or tar, which is a different concoction altogether from fuel... Just my 2 cents/pence
