Not at all what I expected
I was very unimpressed with this product. It’s not a smooth agar, it’s very clumpy when heated. It says food grade, any time I added something to this agar it got slimy and chunky. Not at all what i expected, and nothing like the agar I actually needed

Better than tylose?
I am a hardcore tylose user. Since I can't get my old priduct anymore I had tp mpve to cmc. I must say I love this product better if not as much as my old one. Works in easily, dries hard and quick, holds perfectly well.
