I’ve always liked a soft pillow and this one is firm. I had been having neck pain for a few weeks and thought it was time to try a new pillow. The first few nights I used it, I’d wake up during the night uncomfortable. I stopped using it went back to my old pillow and my neck pain got worse. I changed back to the new pillow again and now I can’t fall asleep without it. The arm rests are OK, could go a little farther in for me. I’m normally a side sleeper and it works but I’ve learned it’s more comfortable for me on my back. Most of the pain is gone, I still get a little feeling of strain in my neck in the afternoons but it seems to get better every couple of days. I’m glad I bought this one and that I gave it a 2nd chance.

I have issues with my neck and truly the right pillow matters. I have tried so many pillows. I had left my good pillow in a hotel the night before and was devastated. Instead of having the hotel mail the pillow I decided to purchase a new one. I was honestly nervous because it it doesn't work for my neck, I'm in pain. This pillow is perfect. So comfortable, does not spell like chemicals. I woke up a very happy customer. Now my husband wants me to buy him one.

Call me Goldilocks! I tried two other memory foam cervical pillows. One was too hard and one too soft. This one, purchased in the "Standard" size, I have tested for a week and find it just right. My neck is shorter than many and this one fits me fine. I toss less during the night and in the morning feel less shoulder pain and numbness, as well as less neck discomfort. The last two nights I slept without the wrist braces and slept well.I took off one star, because the company doesn't sell a pillowcase specifically designed for this pillow's unusual shape. I would happily pay more for one so I can protect this pillow from dirt and yellowing.

I can't believe how well I slept last night and I didn't have nearly the amount of pain I normally do in the morning.I usually start out sleeping on my side and then at some point I end up on my back, so this does work for side and back sleepers. I am thrilled with this pillow! I may get one for my husband.

It’s really light and not as much cushioning as expected. My French bulldog seems to enjoy it though!

Very comfortable pillow I like that I have the option of the different thicknesses and positions. The thicker side is good for my shoulder and neck as a side sleeper. I don’t feel that my shoulder is being crushed inward. Finally sleeping without tossing and turning.I did as recommended and let the pillow out in the open for 24 hours to get it into the original shape.I would recommend this to my friends. Thank you for such a wonderful product.

You would think the price for a pillow is steep but in reality you can't put a price on amazing sleep. I've used this pillow for four nights so far and I haven't felt any pain when waking up. Typically I would wake up 3-4 times a night to readjust and I haven't noticed waking up since I got this pillow. It is amazing quality and really easy to wash. 10/10

Would not buy again. Was ok for a couple of weeks then progressively flattened to poor support. Very disappointing.
