Received on time and well packed. I had been considering buying I was I spend a lot of time at my desk and this seemed a good price.No assembly required, just put in place, plug in and off you go. Build quality seems good and my only reason for dropping one star is that the movement of the desk top is not particularly smooth both when starting to raise it from flat to the final stage of returning it to flat. I have two monitors on board and just place a steadying hand on them when raising or lowering the desk. Other than that, this is a great product.

This has really helped my back. Sitting down for 5 hours a day is no good for you. Definitely recommend it.
