I tested this out on a dummy audio. Worked just fine so I then deleted my test audio from the “recorded file” as per the instructions and video. Then I needed to use it for an EXTREMELY important event where I HAD to have audio, in fact, the whole reason I bought this device. Prior to use, I made sure it was charged (blue light), and left it in the “off” position until I needed it, at which time I turned it “on”. After recording, I turned it off. When I got home and connected to my computer, the file came up, no problem, but when I opened up the “recorded” file, it was empty. It appears that either it will not upload to my computer, or it didn’t record at all. I can’t tell because the only instruction to upload is to connect it to your computer (automatic). I’m praying that it’s on the device and somehow my computer is just not recognizing it.

I love this, My mom is 75 years old and I understand that now I'm on borrowed time. I got this to record our conversations, to keep core memories and have her voice on file. So them moments I miss her I can hear her. No she is not gone yet but I have to be realistic. This is perfect, the amount of storage, ease of use and the fact that it was super affordable. Its small and durable, compact and easy to carry around with out it being bulky.

I needed this little record to record voice exchanges that would occur around a car. This small voice recorder magnets perfectly to the car door. It is slightly hard to figure out but once you do it’s very easy to use. I found the sound quality to be good if the conversation is happening close to the microphone. It comes with a bunch of different charging adapters which makes it really easy to find the right fit for the charging block

I’m keeping it, if someone is looking for something simple just note taking, I do recommend.There’s no way of knowing how much battery or storage you have left unless you access computer. I don’t always have access to mine so it’s a bit of an inconvenience another thing is when you are listening and fw or skip you don’t know where you skipped to in recording … it does come with ear buds and adapters very convenient in that aspect.Magnet is only on one side and it sticks to refrigerator door very nicely.

This device easily fits into your palm and can easily be attached to magnetic surfaces or placed on or in something for a hidden recorder. Easy to hide and has great sound. I used it to listen in to my daughter's doll dramas (she plays with dolls and makes a dramatic show of it) but to my surprise the recorder caught my son in the background whispering about eating the mother's day candy they bought me! Great for making memories good or bad.
