The wax tin has only half of the contents and heater has alk scratches on it as if somebody already used it or its an old stock given to me picking up from the poorly maintained store room

Worst product
Worst product I ever buy from amazon. Want o return it but not found option for returning. Spatula is so weak. It bends. Wax heater is broken some times looks it may pass current.

In picture wax heater show differnt and product that i got is completly differnt ..and i think some one had used this heater because aluminium has a scratched.......
