I liked that it came with a variety of colors to choose from. The first thing I noticed with this paint however is it doesn’t come with a brush or sponge or anything to use for application. So be aware of that when you get this, you will need to pick up those items or have them already on hand.I have really sensitive skin and I was happy that my skin didn’t find the paint to irritating.The paint didn’t respond to my black light as much as I expected, but there is some extra illumination there you will notice. I think this paint is fun to use even without the black light effect.A lot of people mention the item arrives to them with the paints broken but mine all arrived intact.I think this is going to be a lot of fun to use for Halloween, but I can see this being fun for concerts, parties, cosplay, and so many other occasions. I think this item will work for both adults and children. But be cautious of the warning on it not wanting you to get this in your eyes.Whatever the reason might be you are looking to get some face or body paints I think these will bring everything you are looking for.The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is it was frustrating for me that no brush or way to put the makeup on was included

The palette has a lot of vibrant and vivid colors. It’s perfect for Halloween to create your favorite look or fun to wear for concerts or parties the makeup is a nice way to get creative with doing amazing designs on yourself or for others. I love that the makeup activates under UV light and glows in the dark when you dance and sweat or get water on it.

The face paint was easy to use and had multiple colors. However it didn’t glow as much as I was expecting. Either way it was still fun and we will use it again.

I'm not a black-light makeup aficionado. But these seem pretty great to me. The colors apply easily. They glow reasonably well in black light (but better would be better, I suppose). And they wash off reasonably easily. That's all I really wanted.

So, these colors are really pretty and work really well when you use water & a brush to apply it. I used a couple coats to make it opaque, it turned out great! My only issue was, I tried a couple of different black lights I have & did not get a huge black light effect. I didn't use the white color, which I regretted after trying it under the light as I think that might have illuminated either way. Maybe these black lights do not emit enough uv for these powders? The light green and the blue had somewhat of an effect, maybe? You can see in the photos, the ones I included were the ones where the design didn't totally disappear into the dimness. I tried to make get it to look as illuminated as possible in the black light, so, you can make your own decision.The powders themselves, I think worked great though, especially for the price point.*Edit* I am upgrading this review to 4 stars, because, for the testing part, I left this on my arm overnight, to see how it held up. The second to last photo, shows it stays on really well for sleeping with it, with a 3/4 sleeve brushing against it. It also wiped away perfectly clean in two wipes with just a microfiber towel & water as you can see in the last photo! I think that's pretty awesome!

This would probably be cool for music festivals or whatever cool people do these days... but I still had fun with this set without that. It was great for cosmic bowling, and I'm thinking it will be perfect for Halloween trick or treating when lots of people pull out their blacklights. The UV reactive colors really pop under UV light, so it definitely comes as advertised. It's no messier or harder to use than regular face paint, so depending on your art skills, the possibilities are endless.
