Non stick coating peels off onto your food!
I received this air fryer as a Christmas gift. I used it maybe once a week or less but can no longer use it after 3 months because the non stick coating is peeling off the basket and flecks of it are being seared on to the food! I can't seem to find a replacement basket for sale so I'm going to look for another unit that has a stainless steel basket as I do not want my family ingesting the non stick coating chemicals. Very disappointed as the unit works well overall and was quite expensive.

One of My Best Purchases Yet!! 👍👍
Arrived exactly on schedule. Shipped in 3 boxes for protection. Super easy setup with instructions. Cooked Jalapeno poppers, Cauliflower Fries and Tots. It's the best flavor and crispyness I have ever tasted. Larry Wolfe of the Wolfe Pit YouTube Channel recommend it. My wife loves it because there is to oil splattered on the countertop. Super easy clean too. I recommend this product to everyone...

Died after 4 months.
Received as a Christmas gift. Stopped working 4 months later with only a dozen uses. Liked it when it worked. Very disappointed.

Not good. I just don’t get the hype.
I got this as a gift. A friend told me how great it was, especially if you have kids and want to cook them fries or burgers, that sort of thing, quickly and with minimal clean-up. I don’t have kids, but ok, cool... easy clean-up sounds good compared to washing pans after you eat. But other than preheat time, I see no advantage to this product over a gas stove. In fact, I’d say there are more disadvantages than advantages. The instructions say to wash the basket with soap and water before the first use. Well, you probably ought to heat it up a few times too before you actually cook with it, because the steak I made had a terrible chemical taste to it. Put aside the chemical taste, the steak just isn’t good. No question it’s perfectly rare and evenly cooked inside, but is not juicy, tastes dried out, and has the chewiness level of a medium or medium well. I thought maybe the juice leaked out into the basket below, but there was really no juice to speak of in the bottom once I cleaned it. Makes no sense to me how a steak can be rare like that and not have juice pouring out of it on the first cut. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯The interface on the panel is not particularly intuitive. The fan is loud. Countertop is fairly warm afterwards. I have a pretty big kitchen counter and there is no way I’d leave something so big on it when not in use. It takes up too much space and doesn’t actually fit underneath my cabinets (old house, so maybe modern cabinets are different). So look at the specs and measure your cabinets to make sure it fits. Worse, it is too tall to store in a cabinet unless you remove a shelf. So I need to store it somewhere else in my house, which almost guarantees I won’t be using it much. Anyway, I’m going to run a few heat cycles through it to see if it gets rid of the chemical taste. I may try some burgers and see how that does. I’m not wasting a pricey ribeye or other good cut of meat on this thing again though. In sum, if this is all you have room for in your kitchen (like no range), then yeah, this is a nice way to cook, I’m sure, presuming the chemical taste goes away. But if you have a range, I don’t know why you would ever use this thing. The steak I made was nothing like what you can do on cast iron, or on a grill. Just inferior in all respects except for even cooking.Frankly, I’d like to return it even though I used it, and I may check with Amazon about that.
