These are very flavorful Peppercorns, certainly robust. They are relatively large Peppercorns and my grinder can’t handle the size. So I use the coffee grinder. I grind enough for about a week for maximum freshness. They’re pricey, but if you like black pepper, you owe it to yourself to give em a try!

An amazing burst of flavor. A Culinary Institute of America trained chef told me to get these. I love pepper but this is outstanding flavor, no burn, pure taste and complex aroma's too.
