I love cross stitch, Pretty design

The threads are not of the same color as in the picture.The picture is very pastel, but the real thread colors are very Dark and Bright. I started with 1 flower, and didn't like how the colors blended. I didn't waste my effort in completing.Such a waste of money!

Well as crossstitchers know, it takes a while to do a project of this size, therefore I am out of the returns timescale. Insufficient threads in various colours, instructions were not great but I am an experienced stitcher, not wasteful, and despite a couple of messages with the promise this company should get back to me within 48 hours, no one has. Total waste of my money and the time taken to complete half of the project. Very disappointing. Can’t send it back as it is half completed.22.02.2023. Since this review, I have now been contacted by the seller and they are actually sending me a complete set of threads. I am very happy about this and have changed my review from one star to five stars as apart from the thread problem, I love how it’s turning out and I think it will look lovely when finished and framed. Thank you to the seller.

Very disappointed. I bought this in April, this year, planning to start working on it as the weather changed for my winter project. I looked forward to undertaking a detailed and beautiful project Only on starting to stitch the pattern did I realise that I had been sent the embroidery silks which should be used on on a black background. The colours as can be seen are supposed to be subtle and realistic.The colours provided are loud and garish on a white background. I contacted the seller and because I’ve left it for several months they are refusing to agree to an exchange or a refund. It is not what I ordered and was not cheap. I find it difficult to accept that I do not have the legal right to be offered a refund or a replacement.

Very beautiful but if I wasn't a very experienced cross stitcher I would not be able to even start. There were no instructions even as to how many strands of thread to use.
