This waist trainer is an awesome quality for $22. The sizing is off though, product runs big. I am a size 16, bust 40 and according to the size chart it suggested a 5XL. Product literally fell off my body, re ordered a 3xl and the fit is perfect! Highly recommend!!!!!

I'm a size 16/18 and 5'7" and got the 3X after reading a lot about sizing. I was afraid I'd gotten the wrong size when putting it on but it fits great, is comfortable, and slimming. I'm hoping this helps with my back issues as well. Thank you

I'm currently 5'5, about 142lbs and got a large. Its relatively hard to get the hooks together but still manageable, once on the waist trainer is actually very comfortable, and not very tight at all. At first it was a little itchy but after an hour or so, I no longer feel any itching sensation. I would like to point out a few things though....one I actually took my measurements, sure I used one of those stiff tool box measuring tapes but still got a pretty accurate reading from that. Secondly the sizing chart on the picture is accurate but the sizing on the sizes when you go to choose your size is off a little. for example in the pictures it says size large is 28-31 inches in suit size, vs the size picking tab says L (fits 29"-32") so if you have a 32inch waist it wont fit and I guess that's why a lot of people are confused.Lastly Id like to point out that the description says Latex but the tag says 96% Nylon and 4% Spandex,Besides these discrepancies, its very sturdy so far and I hope I see results. Will do an update, after using it for some time. I only got it today! lol

I had to return this item because it was too large. I am 5'4 177 and I bought the 3XL. It fit ok right in the middle where my belly sticks out the most, but it was REALLY loose on the top and the bottom and that was on the tightest hooks! I wanted to make sure, without knowing, that I chose a size that would fit me. I have to emphasize the material is VERY WELL MADE! FANTASTIC quality!! Especially for the price!! It does have a strange rubber smell, but not unbearable. I am going to order a few sizes down and see how that works. For me it fit comfortably under my scrubs at work and I was able to wear it for the entire 12 hour shift with no issues! It forces your back straight to give you better posture and DOES NOT dig anywhere. I will update when I get the smaller size to see if it's still just as comfortable. But with the larger size I was not able to wear it under regular clothes without it being noticeable. It looked very bulky and awkward. But like I said, that could just be because it was pretty loose on the top and bottom. We'll see!Update: I reordered an XL and it fit great. I am currently 5'4 167. I received this item on 4/12 and within 2 weeks I moved from the first to the last clasps. Going to wait a little while and then move down to a Med. I have ordered it already, but I'm about a 1/2 inch away from it fastening. However I am very pleased with my results so far! I am in the process of losing weight now, so I think with the combination of clean eating and this cincher I am seeing fantastic results! I was hesitant to purchase a waist trainer at first. Never thought they really worked. I have attached photos of my progress with this product. The picture on the left was on 4/4 and the right was 4/20. These are my results in only 16 days! I only wear it 3 or 4 days a week between 9 and 14 hours while I'm working. I do not wear it when I am home unless I am exercising and even during my workouts it fits comfortably! I am VERY impressed with how well this trainer works. Even in the smaller size it still fits well. Overall I am still extremely impressed with the price and the quality of this product! Yes! It works! I couldn't believe my results in such a short amount of time!

This is the third one I've purchased and I love it! Now the first one was too big, but the return was really simple and they shipped the right size and got it two days later. Now this one is a size smaller then the second one I got because I've dropped 3 inches in my waist and two in my hips. I don't wear it for that long, but I wear it long enough to help tighten my belly up from my last pregnancy. Most of my scars that have been super pink are already white and some you can barely see now. I drink a ton of water and in combination with that and eating healtheir I've dropped 2 lbs. I know that doesn't seem like a lot, but I've been trying for almost a year to drop those two lbs! I have to lose 28 more until my goal weight for my height but at least I don't have to worry about getting my figure back! I'm including photos from the second one I got and this one as well. The first one I purchased was beige and it fit perfectly under my shirts. The 4th and 5th photos are of my stomach without anything on them. The last photos are the newest one. You can tell there's almost no bulge and I have some major curves. I don't wear it every week or every day. I will have some weeks on and some weeks off so I don't damage anything. It's perfect because I am getting tighter skin, less stretch marks noticeable, and I have these curves that I haven't had since before my first kid! I can go out on date night with my husband and not be worried about him touching my belly or sides and my sex life is getting better because I feel better.

I thought this item was great at first. It cinched me in, and though I didn't feel like it was helping me lose weight, it was great for special occasions. But then the metal boning on the left side of the clasps kept coming out of the bottom. It was easy enough to get back in, but would pop out when I sat down and I'd have to shove it back in. Then about a week ago, I wore it to work (I dance and this is advertized for working out. I had the first allergic reaction to any clothing I've ever worn with this. Hives everywhere. So either the fabric shouldn't be worn for extended periods of time, the fabric is detiorating and becoming toxic, or you should not be sweating in this item. I had to go to the ER and get 3 different prescriptions because of how bad the hives got on both my back and a bit on my ribs, where the corset makes closest contact
