Northside Kids' Frosty Snow Boot

Love these boots. Great quality, seem very warm and I believe they will last a while! My son loves putting them on and running around the house.Update 1/17/19:I purchased thes boots months in advance for a trip we just made last weekend to RI to visit family. We live in FL so clearly the boots weren’t used here besides my son trying them on and running around the house for a couple of mins. Unfortunately it looks like the soles are falling apart. Not sure if this is common as I never purchased snow boots before- see pictures for reference. It’s kind of disappointing as he only got to wear them 3 days (and it didn’t even snow!) and they seem to be not very durable at last. I was hoping they would last longer for our next trip up north.

The boots fit great, even when he wears an extra pair of socks to stay warm. He also likes that the boots do not make his feet sweat when he is a warm environment, as he puts it. He also likes the nice hard toe on the boot. He says it is nice in case his toes get accidentally stomped on the playground. During the winter it is still dark as he goes to the bus stop so the reflective stripe in back is a nice touch. He says the only drawback is that he cannot run as fast. Little does he realized it will strengthen his muscles so when he gets back in shoes in the spring he will be able to run faster and stronger.

I've been buying this boot for my son every year since he was 2 and he's now 10. This year will be the last year he can wear these, as he's in a Big Kid 7 now so next year he'll have to move up to Men's, disappointingly. Good quality boot and the price is great when your child is in a different size every year. Lots of different colors/patterns so he can pick a different one each year. Going to miss these.

My son's feet never stayed warm in these. Didnt matter how cold or warm the weather was.

Update 12/2016:My son has worn these for a year and the boots haven't held up very well. The insoles have fallen out and the lining has become very thin. There is no padding or support for his feet. He says the boots are warm though. I still wouldn't buy again.These seem like nice boots. My son wears a size 13 - 1 in shoes, and I ordered a size 2...they are a little big but do not slip off his feet. Although it wasn't extremely cold, he did wear them once outside when it was cold and rainy, and they kept his feet dry. He says they are comfortable and he loves the lightning bolt pattern!

My son has wide, "fluffy" feet as we call them, where they are as tall as they are wide. The rubber sole to these boots hits the top of his foot and he's not too happy about it. They may cut in to the top of the foot, but it's hard to tell with a toddler. I'm pretty sure he won't really like any other boots either, so I'm going to force the issue once the snow gets here, and I think he'll be okay wearing them when he gets to play in the snow. He's almost 2 years old, wearing a size 5W in regular shoes, so I bought a 6 in these to allow for thick socks and hopefully make it through the whole winter.

After only wearing 2 days the inside fell apart. Thankfully I am able to return. I've bought saame boot in smaller sizes and didn't have this issue so perhaps it's a one time incident. I will say due to tread on boot snow collects easily and doesn't dislodge and when my son was 1-2 years old he really struggled walking in these outside. Going to go with a different brand of boot.

Got them for my boys 1st deer hunt in Alabama.it was in the high 50s so they were warm he told me but they are water tight. Just wished they where a little taller. He is really happy with them and me too

Bastante buenas. En la nieve funcionan bien y son calientes. Están un poco anchas, pero se ajustan connlad tiras medias y en la parte de arriba.

I found the boots awesome,but there are no removable liners,otherwise a good toddler boot thanks
