Rain Shoe Covers | Waterproof Shoe Covers for Men and Women | Reusable Galoshes Overshoes

I wear a size 9-1/2 shoe, but in Converse I wear a size 9 because they are the same length. So I ordered the large in these Galashield shoe covers but were sent the size mediums accidentally. I didn't get a chance to try them out right away but the company did resend me the size large that I should have received.But, surprisingly, when I got the size large, it fit very loosely on my Converse sneakers in a size 9 and also my Naturalizer Morison 3 white sneakers in a size 9-1/2. It wasn't bad, but just loose. It would definitely fit a wider sole sneaker also. However, the size mediums shoe covers actually fit the best for a nice fitted look. If you take a size 10, you will need the large shoe covers. But a size 9-1/2 shoe will fit the mediums nicely.At first I didn't like the look of the white strap, however, it isn't too bad. With the more fitted size mediums, you can probably wear them without the strap as an option.The other brand that I also purchased was the Smartsails Rain Shoe Covers. They are shorter but their size XL is the same length as these Galashield covers in a size M.But I am not sure which brand will actually perform well long term.The Galashield covers arrived flat in a longer clear pouch. But I found that takes up too much space so I folded them. I hope that over time the rubber won't ruin on these when folded. But there isn't a crease, because of the extra material that is folded within in.However, the Smartsails covers arrived folded and are more compact to throw in a smaller bag if needed (because they are shorter).So far, it's a toss up. I think I like both styles.

What we didn't like is they are not wide enough on his calf. Don't know where he put them

The part that goes around your calf is a little tight, but overall I like these. I use them at work so that my feet don't get wet from the overspray and water that drips on the floor when I wash parts to a machine.I like them for temporary use (3 hrs as opposed to an entire 8 hr shift) and I probably would not recommend for walking in puddles or submerging in water. I like them for using indoors. Not sure how they would hold up for using outdoors.

It has been raining alot this year and I have been searching for the perfect rain boots for months. I decided that having to carry shoes to work and change them out would eventually become annoying so I changed my search to rain overshoes. I was sooo please to find galashield rain shoe covers.....I tried them on with my sneakers and it was amazing how well it fit with no issues putting on or taking off. I have yet to take them into the rain but....it is raining all this week sooo I am excited to show the world my awesome purchase. My only disappointment was that the video I watched showed the girl with galashields that had a design and rainbow elastic that went across the top.....if I could get other designs I would purchase one of each. Thanks.

Not sure what this brown stuff is on the outside of the packaging, but it smells bad. I'm returning it unopened.

I originally bought these to wear walking through my work parking lot that easily floods. However, they got put to the test when I used them to protect my shoes and pants from getting drenched on the Hornblower cruise around Niagara Falls. They worked like a charm!

I went to visit my cousin who lives where it snows. Since I didn't have any waterproof clothes for snow, I went out and found some snow pants, and thought these overshoes would be great for keeping my shoes dry. I'm glad I bought them because it snowed the first night I was there. It gave me a chance to use my overshoes to stomp around in the show, and not worry about getting cold. I'll keep them around for future visits to snow country.

I bought these for a December trip to Venice, Italy. Due to unprecedented flooding, we had to wade through up to a foot of water at high tide in a few locations. These boots performed just as I had hoped. They kept my feet dry. They were easy to put on. They were comfortable to wear even when we were on higher, dry ground. I even got compliments on their looks! They were a great purchase.

These shoe covers are solely practical; I’ve worn them a few times cycling in the rain and they do the job and keep my feet and shoes dry. The quality is good; I’ve had no problem with leaks.The main reason I got these was to avoid having to tie plastic bags around my feet but these look like I have plastic bags on my feet anyway. They don’t look that great and even with the elastic rim at the mouth, I find they slip down and look even more ridiculous.If you want to draw attention to yourself while keeping your feet dry on a rainy day, go ahead and buy these. But I recommend spending just a bit more on a pair of actual rain shoes.

I bought it for myself and my daughter. It's very useful. It's always in my bag
