Adds another effective layer of protection
After my mother clicked on something she shouldn't have and unleashed the bugs, I had her run Malwarebytes (free) on her PC. She couldn't do anything with her computer without a pop-up coming up for something she didn't want or her mouse intermittently becoming unresponsive prior to running that scan and cleaning out the malware files. That free program picked up 645 issues, but I felt like she needed something more so I bought this Premium version. This version works quietly in the background and can be installed on up to 3 PCs with a 1 year subscription. Setting the schedule to automatically update the program is something that is done when the product is installed.I suggest going into Settings, then Automated Scheduling to Edit the automatically set times. For me those were set to times when I've powered down my PC. I would also suggest adjusting for two scans a day (6 hours apart) versus one a day. The scans don't tax the PC's resources so they should run quietly int he background.I like that this program adds an effective layer of protection to my PC. It's user-friendly and works as expected. Along with an antivirus program, it offers great security and peace of mind. Highly recommend it!

Better than an online purchase!
Basically, the CD and files i purchased were created in 2015... at least that's what 'disk info' says. So, it's kinda doubtful the product on the disk is current to 2017. BUT, that doesn't matter because you likely won't be able to install it. Instead you'll get a "Run-Time error: '13'"Disappointing BUT, the seller of the CD says to go to the Malwarebytes support site for help. There, if you are lucky enough to find a mention of the same 'run-time' error, it may tell you to adjust your computer's clock and language prefs... (aw hell no) that seems to indicate that it is having some language and/or format issues with the install. I really don't know if the suggested fix will work but... (aw hell no)Don't despair. You did purchase a working product ID and serial number so download the demo directly from Malwarebytes and activate it with theprovided CD serial. All better now.Despite the work-round I'm giving the purchased CD 4 stars, since I did not need to go through the silliness of purchasing the product through CLEVERBRIDGE, malwarebytes 3rd party online billing company. They had me setup an automatic yearly payment to use the product. Unfortunately, CLEVERBRIDGE double billed me for two years for the use of one copy of Malwarebytes... kinda annoying, kinda malware.

I've got full coverage...no complaints.
So this one was a bit round-about. But I got it to work (I'm using Windows 10). I originally had free version of Malwarebytes installed on computer. Tried installing this CD with free version still on there, but didn't seem to work. So uninstalled the free version, then reinstalled this one, using identifier/key/ that came with it. It updated to latest version automatically, which was cool. However, the Malwarebytes dashboard said I only had less than one hour left of my subscription. It's now the next day and it's still saying that, but I've still got full protection and full use of the program. When I go to the View Details for the License (on the dashboard) it says license Duration is "Unknown". At this point, since I've still got full protection, I'm going to take that to mean I'm covered, especially since it's still providing full protection. So, at the end of the day, I've got full coverage...no complaints. I'll update if anything changes.UPDATE 7/9/16: The "Less than one hour..." warning went away, and now reads "...fully protected". The View Details tab says I've got 365 days left, so all seems to be good there. It has already caught some malware, so it is working.

Not that good
Ok so i have this grovorio thing on one of my computers, look it up and it says it is Malware that ataches to your browser. So i have Norton 360 already instaled, read a couple of reviews and buy. Thing is it did find the one malware but the big problem is it slows down my computer a lot. The next bad thing is, it does not complettly remove it as it keps comong back so am out $30 or so for something that does not do a good job.

Did exactly what I needed it to do, but a little confusing.
I give 5 stars for the efficiency of this product because it found 155 threats and malware on my computer on its very first scan, threats that multiple antivirus programs could not detect. Previously, my computer was running extremely slow, and I was getting hijacked to various annoying webpages. Now my computer is running fast and back to normal!I did take 1 star away because I bought the Premium Edition, but when I installed the program from the CD, it said that it was the free version, and I needed to upgrade to Premium.Still, this product works. Recommended!
