This remote took the place of an old one that had corroded. It seems to work just as well as the original.

Bought for the sleep timer
The remote turns the TV on and off but won't pull up the TV menu so I can select Sleep timer.

Works just like you'd expect. Not sure if this is in any way better than buy a universal though.

Good product
Works as a great replacement for our broken remote. A couple of the buttons do not work as marked. For example, there is a pause button that doesn't work... you just have to press the play button to pause instead.

My first remote was damaged so kudos to the company for sending a replacement but not happy that it is supposed to work for my model tv and only some of the buttons work. This is not an actual phillips remote which is disappointing as many features don't work

Not the same
It’s very different from the original one that came with our tv. The remote we ordered is missing some buttons that are on the original, like the Netflix button.
