Q: The product gallery mentions hdmi arc. Does it actually have an hdmi arc input?

Hi No it doesn't have a HDMI port. It does have micro SD card port, DC port, USB port and AUX in port. It also has Bluetooth connectivity. I've bought it to link in with a projector and I'm really impressed with the sound and build quality of this speaker, especially for the price. Highly recommend.

Q: My device keeps saying battery low please charge even though ive had it on charge only had it a couple of months any ideas

Make sure you are charging from a USB power outlet (e.g. a phone charger) not laptop, PC or similar, which are not designed to charge devices with substantial batteries. and make sure the cable is working by checking the outlet & cable with another device. If still not working ask for swap or refund from the retailer.

Q: When i switch off the pc at night the bluetooth mode goes to sleep and will not wake up when switching back on in the morning. any ideas?

To stop the Bluetooth mode going to sleep and not turning on in the morning we recommend turning the device off when you turn your PC off. If this problem has not fixed itself please contact the majority team.

Q: Is it easy to set up?

There's not really any set up to do, you just switch it on and connect to your Bluetooth thats all. We've got one and we bought one for our son for Xmas, they are brilliant!!
