Scam. Skyrockets blood sugar
Am using CGM to monitor the impact of different food items on my blood glucose. I decided to test this. One portion of noodle (equivalent to one packet normal maggee) skyrocketed my bg from 122 to 255This is crazy! Where is low carb? It's a total scam. Please don't trust their claims blindly. Test yourself if u don't believe me.

Good but expensive
I bought the chilli oil one but I could hardly taste the flavour but the noodles as it is good. Expensive so won't buy it regularly, but once in a while it's nice
