Nice Teakettle
Works wonderfully, looks great with the stainless steel stove. seems to be quality made. we are very happy with it.

Cheery addition to the kitchen
Very happy with this candy apple red teakettle which matches my toaster. It didn’t whistle the first time, but I discovered the lid wasn’t all the way down. It’s been whistling merrily every time since, loud enough to hear it from the next room. And in the midst of all the steam, the handle stays cool. I like the shape of it, too.

Hot handle
Like the whistle, like the size, however the handle gets very hot…..potholder is needed.UPDATE: adding another star. The handle problem was mine. I didn’t put the lid on the kettle down tight, therefore, steam was heating the handle. Great kettle, great price, no potholder needed.

Very nice product with a modest price.
I've just purchased this, Tea Pot. For me it's the perfect size. It heats quickly and the handle is cool to the touch.The only downside so far is it does not whistle when hot.Overall, my early evaluation is it's a very good product with a modest price.

Perfect fit to my coffee plunger!
Trying to get away from plastic, this was my first time using a coffee plunger, and I was skeptical about whether it would make a cup of coffee as good as my Keurig. I had to buy a kettle for hot water, and I purchased this one. I am happy that it works very well at heating the water to a boil and letting me know when it's ready with a not-too-loud whistle. The perfect water temperature and good coffee grains make the perfect cup of coffee. This kettle boils the water better than my Keurig does. Yes, more steps are involved with a plunger and kettle than with the Keurig, but I don't mind because my health comes first and I get a better cup of coffee—the stainless steel plunger I also bought from Amazon. Very nice
Very nice tea kettle. Heats water fast, does have a good whistle. The handle does get pretty hot though.

Not Happy
>very thin steel>which won’t last>but does heat help to rapidly>HASN’T WHISTLED ONCE>but I’d bought the dang thing for the whistle ☹️

Lasted 5 yrs
Worked great for 5 yrs, we make tea about 6 times per week. This morning, a piece popped off of the lid, and the black plastic melted onto the pourer.
