My wife has suffered from migraines for years. We tried another brand of cap that was awful before finding this one. She recommends this to any and everyone that suffers from migraines. This helps ease the pain, and takes the edge off. Its made of soft material and it fits perfect. It doesnt get hard in the freezer which is exactly what she needed.

This cap is wonderful for migraine sufferers! I keep 2 of these in the freezer at all times. The cap is a generous size for those of us with a little larger heads. It says cool for probably 10+ minutes. I have had my first one for about 2 years now, and it is durable. I have recommended this item to my friend, who also purchased one after trying mine. She loves it, too. I find personally that this helps as a last resort when I have a headache that nothing else seems to fully alleviate, as well as at the onset of a headache when I don’t necessarily want to take medication. You can pull it down over your eyes if you are experiencing light sensitivity or want a dark environment to rest. I would highly recommend.

I got it on a whim because I could feel the start of a migraine and didn't think to look closely at the description. I thought I was getting one that did not have a top, which is fine but a bit annoying if you are a bun person, which I am. Overall - it did help and was worthwhile to try out. It will help to counteract any tension/pressure from the headache but it won't eliminate it.Still a nifty thing to have - feels great and allows for a variety of methods in tackling those bothersome headaches.

This cap has been a game changer for my migraines. I get them at the base of my head towards the back and this "ice pack beanie" has become an essential. It doesn't rid me of the migraine but definitely provides substantial reliefI like how this one has the top covered so my hair doesn't poke out the top and look goofy like other ones. The gel is pretty thick on both fronts and back. The top is just fabric but it prevents it from looking too silly on my head . Looks like a beanie and I usually wear it like one when I need to move around the house and see where I'm going. Also good to wear during extreme heat in the summer as a way to keep cool.I've had mine for about 2 months now and plan on getting another one to swap them out back and forth when the other gets warm from use. Has a weird smell. Can be used warm or cold. Purchased it to aid in migraine relief. Put it in the freezer. Large for me and was so cold it made migraine worse. It’s also heavy and I couldn’t take the pressure on my head. I’ll stick with ice pack and a towel
