My partner uses this every night on her pillow. It has a nice scent and makes her fall asleep a lot faster than when she doesn’t use it. She purchases this repeatedly and recommends it to any of her friends that struggle to sleep. Good value for money as it lasts so many months

This smells lightly of lavender. I spray approx 6-7 squirts over my pillow, (any less isn’t worth it) go and brush my teeth then sink into my scented pillow. I don’t believe it helps me to sleep but it is a comforting smell which relaxes me and is still faintly there in the early hours.

A good product, smell amazing and does help alittle when trying to fall asleep, smell seems to disappear very fast.

The scent is nice but it's more like a perfume than a lavender smell so it's not as relaxing as some lavender sprays I've used before. Not sure I'd buy this one again.

Bought this to help sleep, used this before, very calming enhanced with camomile and lavender, will purchase again.

I love this scent..it calms me when my head hits the pillow and then I'm gone into a good sleep. Only a few sprays of this to my pillow and it's just enough. Only dislike? It doesn't come in litre bottles. I've got my next bottle bought for me before my current bottle runs out. Love this.
