This has quickly became one of, if not my favorite herb/plant in my arsenal. When taking it do not forget pine pollen absorbs best through the mouth so hold it in there for about 45 seconds before swallowing! I immediately feel my vision get brighter, and a strong boost of energy and libido. This stuff is a game changer. It’s my favorite next to Shilajit, Fadogia Agrestis, etc. Tastes better than any other tincture I’ve tried and you can’t beat the price. A bottle between my girlfriend and I last at least a month maybe 2.

Arrived quickly, nicely packaged. Taste is good enough to take orally, or in coffee/juice. Pleasantly surprised.

Definitely gives me a noticeable boost of energy! The taste is mildly sweet and easy to tolerate just taking it straight. It is not an alcohol based product which really helps with the taste and ingestion experience. For the prices I'm very impressed with the prominence of the effects.

Taste was very good and if mixed with another drink you cannot even tell. Did not notice any difference taking or not taking the product.

The pic of the bottle here says it's pine pollen masasonia but the description says sylvestria. big difference... masasonia has more sndrogens

I got this pine pollen on April 9th, and it has genuinely changed my life! I have constant positive energy throughout the day, a stronger desire to succeed and work hard, and my head space has become overwhelmingly more positive and thoughtful. My head is clear, but also focused. It’s a really cool feeling.It doesn’t taste bad! In fact I think it tastes exactly like you’d expect pine pollen to taste. 😂I take 1.5 mg mixed in a shot glass (shot glasses are 1.5 ounces) with water in the morning, and then .5 mg again sometime later in the afternoon!To feel as good as I do, I’d say it’s well worth the little amount of money I paid! Some sources I’ve read say you should cycle it 5 days on and 2 days off, but I’m just gonna take it consistently unless I feel the need to otherwise.10/10 would recommend to anyone that is looking to enhance their day to day life and feel more consistent, positive, and locked in!Thank you for reading! :)
