Q: Does this mean 96 sticks total?

Yes it does - have you tried this flavor before? I thought it was kind of bland - found that if I mixed one packet of this along with one packet of lemonade mix - it was very good. But alone, I just didn't think there was any flavor

It's impossible to tell, since the natural and artificial flavorings could contain non-kosher ingredients. I would probably go with non-kosher though. Most companies that can guarantee a product is produced under kosher conditions use that as a major selling point.
