Great customer service . Inverter works well
Inverter works as should and had an issue with a switch and they fixed it really quickly . Would order again . Works great for my solar setup

Great product but included wire is not sufficient.
The product itself does what it says it can, but the included 18in 4 AWG (not 4/0 AWG) wire is not sufficient for a 3000 watt inverter. I ended up going to Harbor Freight and buying 3' 2/0 AWG, which is sufficient at a minimum. After installing this into my SUV with my own wiring, the product itself performs very well and does not get hot. The features on the display screen are a nice touch. I didn't mark it down any stars for the wiring because there was a $50 coupon, and the wiring was $40. Plus, the price aside from the coupon is pretty stellar compared to local stores and other online retailers. It's only meant for emergency use in my case (i.e., power outages), but after testing it today, it never went over 1000w with my window A/C, Fridge, and workstation items connected. The performance of these appliances was flawless during the test. Included an image of my wiring versus the included wiring. You can see how much bigger the 2/0 AWG wire I bought is.

Good, but fan always on, 0.25 amp no load drawer.
Fan is always on, draws 250 milliamps with no load, fyi. I was looking for a fanless, zero draw on no load, but they don't specify this, so I thought I'd let you know the specs in case you're looking for that .Other than that, it functions well. It's been outside in the humid Florida weather for about 4 months and it's still going strong so seems to be decent. The on off switch is very convenient.

Great Inverter!
I needed an inverter that could start a decent size air compressor in the bed of my truck. This one can handle it with ease. It's a good form factor to tuck into a truck tool box and it's easy on the budget. The only thing I would say is just discard the battery cables that come with it. You really need at minimum 2 AWG to run this thing at a decent load. If you plan on using it to the max you should probably use 2/0 AWG wire.

The inverter works great without any extraneous noise.
This is not my first inverter. I have already used 4 on different trucks installed by default (manufacturer installed). All of them had annoying noise while in use. This one doesn’t have this issue. It flawlessly run microwave+ refrigerator + addition freezer + slow cooker at the same time. I highly recommend.

Excellent value & performance. Watch for capacitor arcing / shorting.
I bought this 3000W inverter unit in Sept 2024 for $270, I'm a regular Amazon customer, not a paid reviewer. Inverter works as advertised. Under full load it will drain a large deep cycle marine battery pretty quickly, this is a function of the battery not the inverter. I was happy with the ability to operate various handheld 110V appliances that were both inductive and resistive loads. The inverter is marked as "pure sine wave" and images captured as I measured the waveform of the left and right outlets (using a handheld oscilloscope) confirm this; the measured waveform is practically perfect in shape. Unfortunately the measured frequency was 59Hz for both outlets, not 60Hz (US standard), as an electronically controlled device this should be spot on under no load conditions. The utility mains supply was confirmed at 60Hz exactly so the issue was not with the oscilloscope used to perform the measurements. Beware when first energizing (connecting the supply leads to a 12V battery) as the inrush current charging up the capacitors creates quite a spark. After use you may experience the same arcing issue when disconnecting the terminal ends from the battery if the terminal ends come into contact with each other (discharging capacitor arc). Overall I'm pretty impressed with the out-of-the-box performance. I'll edit the review if I experience issues long term as I expect this inverter to get very occasional use likely only during power outages.

Solid for van build
I set up 4x 100 watt solar panels on my van and use this inverter. It's very lightweight and easy to set up. Newly got it running without any issues so far. I've run a mini fridge, microwave, and air conditioner unit off of it. As a beginner I wanted something that would had sufficient power without having to get too complicated. Would definitely reccomend.

Good for the price
tested at 3800w for a few minutes with no issues. Under 1000w load the fan stays off. My one issue is when the two 70x70 fans kick on it has a terrible squeal due to what I think is under voltage supply to the fans. When under load the fan will kick on and off quite frequently and it does get annoying. I wish there was a way to access the BIOS of the board to mess with the fan curve. Going to try swapping the fans with some lower voltage ones and see what happens.
