I've been on it about a month and a half. My mood is so much more stable. I'm sleeping better, not waking up multiple times a night. Zero taste, no side effects. I feel more normal, if there is such a thing. I don't crave the sugar I used to either. 10/10!!

I’ve only been using this for a week, but the effect it’s had on my eating habits is crazy! I have pcos and took this primarily for the blood sugar regulation, so I could lose some weight more easily. It is crazy how this has affected my cravings that I didn’t even know were cravings. I used to LOOVE sour candy right before bed and I didn’t get why, and I would occasionally get cravings with carbs or sodium as well. Now, I truly feel full when I’m done eating. I feel satiated, and not constantly thinking about my next meal, which makes weight loss so much more reachable. Even in the morning, I can go several hours before eating whereas I used to wake up starving and fatigued. Is this how people with normal blood sugar feel?? Because it’s changed my whole outlook on my health. I’m always skeptical of supplements if I can’t feel a difference in a few months, but I already know I will be repurchasing this.

I think this is making a difference. My mood and energy levels are improved! I believe it to be effective. It’s easy to take and has no taste. The ingredients are minimal it’s just the two forms of inositol in a cellulose capsule! Seems to be a quality product. I can’t pinpoint this exactly because I take a few other supplements, but I will definitely purchase this supplement brand again.

Wow, wow, wow! I was recommended this for my PCOS. I haven't had a period in over 6months and was hoping this would help. On the third day of taking these, I started my period. I am only taking just half the dosage (so 2 pills) a day after breakfast! Truly amazed and so thankful for this product.
