This company always makes very affordable, but high quality products. I was looking for a desktop mic stand, so I could put my microphone on it without using a boom arm or a tripod. This way I can have a very simple minimalistic setup by just having my microphone on my desk on this compact yet sturdy stand. I got another stand from another company and I ordered this one at the same time. When both arrived however, I fell in love with this one way more simply because it was much more light weight, and the base of it was very light rubbery and flat, whereas the other one was very heavy and did not have any padding to protect my furniture. Excellent thread quality, great height as well. Overall this is a great desktop mic stand, I would highly recommend this to everybody, especially for the price.

quality little mic stand! Perfect for my desk. I also used it with my SM7B mic for a podcast I was a guest on and had no issues whatsoever. If you need a desk mic stand, this is the one!

I have 5 of these stands that I use in my portable podcasting equipment bag. I use them for holding two different mics. 3 of them hold Shure MV7x mics (which screw on to the included threaded post via the nut connector nut), while the other 2 have clip style holders to hold handheld mics in place.I would caution that these are probably best built for studio use, not so much meant for portable/travel applications. The nuts, threads, and connection spots (other than the post to base) are all plastic and not meant for regular removal, without higher potential for cross threading/stripping the plastic parts. Be cautious.

I got this stand to sit on my desk for my microphone and it's perfect! It's sturdy and adjustable too so that's nice! Would purchase again if anything were to happen to my current one!
