Great olive oil for drizzling and finishing food.Has a smooth Flavor and not too robust or bitter. Great for a salad or just drizzling on some avocados and tomatoes.

This is a top shelf olive oil at a very reasonable price.
This olive oil is very high in polyphenol content. It also tastes great, and can be enjoyed on salads or added to hot drinks like coffee, or consumed alone.

Delicate flavor.
I am not a connoisseur of all things olive oil by any means. I try to add healthy to the menu on occasion and added this in when suggested by Amazon Prime Days as a lark. I really do like it - the flavor is very delicate and perfect for my main purpose - drizzling over my world famous (my world is small) 12 ingredients salads, kiwi-strawberry-avocado-blueberry-pecan bowls, and as a crusty baguette dipping base. The bottle is a beautiful addition to the open pantry shelf, and I appreciate the slow delivery mechanism (really thick oil or technical pour device?). It arrived well protected, and I bought a bottle for my sister-in-law's birthday. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is I am completely clueless as to what a true EVOO aficionado would think of the quality and price. I may be unduly influenced by my visit to Tangiers where I fell in love with just about everything.

Great rich olive oil!
Outstanding product. As it’s from Morocco, it’s incredibly rich in polyphenols. Rich flavor too.

TASTES GREAT and unusually unique, and rich polyphenol healthy. I love it.
TASTES GREAT and unusually unique, , and rich polyphenol healthy. I love it. Because of the expense, I plan to use this olive use mor of a favor enhancer and health bonus (since it has the high-healthy polyphenols). I do not plan to use it for cooking as I have less expensive other quality Italian cold pressed organic EVDO Olive oil for cooking.

Excellent price. Much cheaper than Dr. Gundry’s price. Will order again.
Only took 1 day from ordered to delivery. Not really a taste to this product. One Tablespoon over my salad. First day. Will continue to use until gone. Nice bottle.

5 stars are not enough
I despise olive oil. Or at least I thought I did. Now I don't think I've ever had it before. My husband has a problem with ear wax and has had to go to the doctor to have it removed many times. His doctor told me to buy him olive oil and to look for cold pressed and the word "polyphenols."I found this, the price wasn't bad, and tonight we got it.Out of curiosity I gave it a sniff, ready for that offending hit of 'petroleum' that usually assaults my nose when I go anywhere near olive oil. But this barely had a smell at all. The smell that was there was faint, but pleasant.I'd read a bunch of the descriptive reviews before buying it and nothing anyone said was even vaguely familiar to what I knew as olive oil. "Slightly fruity..." "peppery aftertaste..."My nose told me this was a good thing, so I poured some into a spoon. I stood there sniffing it suspiciously for too long, then geared up, and shoved it in my mouth.Oh. My. Dear. Lord.Soft. A slight fruit flavor up front. And I'll be damned. There was that 'peppery aftertaste' that I have NEVER tasted before. This stuff is ridiculously delicious! Suddenly it made sense that the Mediterranean people have dipped their bread in this stuff for thousands of years. Up until now I thought it was a flavor you had to be raised on - like vegemite. If they sold this stuff by the half gallon, I'd buy it right now.I honestly don't believe that ANYTHING labeled 'olive oil' on the American grocery store shelves is olive oil at all. I'm pushing sixty and this is the first time I've tasted this light, lovely flavor in my life. I'm convinced that we're being fed vegetable oil with some fake, petrol-based flavoring to fool us into thinking this is what olive oil is supposed to be. Lies!If there are any Italians or Greeks out there, let us know if American 'olive oil' is correct or not. I suspect not.Yes, I'll cook with this. I'll make salad dressing and happily dip my bread in THIS.My daughter is staying with us and she's a fellow olive oil hater. You can bet I forced a spoonful down her throat. To her shock, she loves it, too. And she's never tasted anything this wonderful in HER life.Fellow Americans, if you hate olive oil, know that we've been bamboozled! You have GOT to try this. Just get one little bottle and really see what you've been missing.Crap. It just dawned on me that I'm supposed to put this lovely golden fluid in my husbands ears... I love him, but it does somehow feel like an insult to the oil.
